TTViewerService & Data Availability
This page describes product capability, not a real-time uptime guarantee. A mode can be available while a particular account still returns no data because the account is private, the list is hidden, content is region-restricted or TikTok temporarily limits access.
Available core modes
Public Profile and Posts are available. They provide public identity, account statistics and recent public media when those fields are returned by the provider.
Additional public-data modes
Reposts, Comments, Followers and Following use dedicated TikTok data endpoints. Availability can vary with account settings, regional behavior and upstream response changes.
Stories and Highlights
TikTok Stories are genuine photo or video posts that normally expire after 24 hours. Stories and Highlights are not available until TTViewer verifies dedicated data sources; ordinary recent Posts are never substituted.
Caching and freshness
Profile, Posts, Reposts and connection results may be cached for up to 10 minutes. Comments may be cached for up to 3 minutes. Short caching reduces repeat provider cost and does not create permanent monitoring history.
